# ENSOMEDIA > ENSOMEDIA is the web and software practice of Radosław Fedorczuk, serving businesses in Poland and abroad. It builds company websites, online stores, web applications, AI implementations and process automation, repairs WordPress and WooCommerce sites, runs Google Ads campaigns on clients' own advertising accounts, and advises on where AI is worth implementing at all. Radosław Fedorczuk takes responsibility for each project: product strategy, interface design, production deployment and maintenance. ## Identity - Website: [ensomedia.dev](https://ensomedia.dev) - Legal name: ENSOMEDIA Radosław Fedorczuk (sole proprietorship). ENSOMEDIA designs the interface and builds the backend behind it. Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/web-apps](https://ensomedia.dev/en/web-apps) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/web-apps](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/web-apps)). What gets built in a system of this class (roles and permissions, work on data, integrations, production), the five stages of the work, how long it takes, when a custom application is not worth building, and the three published systems to check it against. ### Company websites, landing pages and multilingual sites Company and brand sites, landing pages for one campaign or one product, multilingual sites whose language versions are edited separately, and a CMS the client's own team runs after handover. A landing page for one campaign starts at PLN 2,500 net. A simple company website of up to three pages costs PLN 3,500 net (the full scope and every exclusion are in [the website pricing article](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/simple-website-price)). The date depends on how soon the text and photos arrive and on the revisions, and it is agreed in writing before anything starts. Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/websites](https://ensomedia.dev/en/websites) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/websites](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/websites)). What gets built, the four steps of the work, how long it takes, and the two published sites to check it against: NEVYO STUDIO and Wesołe Skarpetki. The stack is chosen for each project: WordPress or WooCommerce where time and self-editing are what count, Next.js or Angular where the site stops being a site, Shopify with the theme written from scratch when it is a store. ENSOMEDIA builds on WordPress and also owns and operates ShieldWave, a website security scanner whose checks include WordPress and its plugins. ShieldWave is a standalone product. ### WCAG websites for preschools, nurseries and schools An audit of every page (WAVE, axe, keyboard only, NVDA and Narrator), fixes on a test copy, the accessibility statement and a guide to adding content, for a WordPress site of up to about 50 pages, from PLN 2,400 net. Test version in 7 working days from access to the admin panel. Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/school-websites](https://ensomedia.dev/en/school-websites) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/strona-przedszkola](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/strona-przedszkola)). ### Process automation and integrations Connecting the tools a company already uses so that repeated typing stops: invoices and orders read out of an inbox and checked against the order, form submissions routed into a CRM, catalogue and stock synchronised from one source, reports assembled without anybody assembling them. Anything with a consequence stays a human decision. Automations are built on n8n by default. n8n covers more than a catalogue of ready-made connectors, a node can be written straight against an API where no integration exists, and it can be installed on the client's own server, so the data stays inside the client's infrastructure; at high run volumes it also costs less, because the bill is for the server, however many operations run on it. Make is used where building anything would be too much: two ready-made tools joined together, a form into a spreadsheet, a notification into Slack. Which of the two a job gets is decided once the process has been mapped. Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/automation](https://ensomedia.dev/en/automation) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/automation](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/automation)). There is no automation case study of its own yet, so the page points at the integrations running inside published projects: the BaseLinker-driven catalogue on Wesołe Skarpetki, Pipedrive lead routing and pgvector search on dotlaw.co, and ShieldWave and AccessifyAI as ENSOMEDIA's own products. It also names the cases where the answer is a rule with three conditions, an off-the-shelf tool, or a better form. Business process automation runs remotely, because a process is described in conversation and through access credentials, with no need to be on site. ### E-commerce platforms Online stores, Shopify development and custom commerce systems that connect brand, catalogue, sales and operations. Suitable for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales. Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/ecommerce](https://ensomedia.dev/en/ecommerce) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/ecommerce](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/ecommerce)). Shopify with the theme written from scratch in Liquid, or WooCommerce where the site and the store are one thing; catalogue and stock from a single source with BaseLinker for stock, prices and orders; payments, courier integrations and shipping labels; and migration between platforms, including redirecting the old addresses. It also sets out what decides the date, which is the product data, and the two cases where a store is not worth building: a catalogue small enough that a subscription platform is the right answer, and a shop being blamed for lost orders that a weak catalogue or weak photographs cause. The published store to check it against is Wesołe Skarpetki. Two fixed-scope prices are quoted on the page, each with its own article: a WooCommerce shop of up to 30 products for PLN 8,500 net ([the shop pricing article](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/woocommerce-shop-price)) and moving a shop of up to 500 products to Shopify for PLN 3,900 net ([the Shopify migration article](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/shopify-migration)). ### WordPress and WooCommerce repair at a fixed price Full page: [ensomedia.dev/pl/naprawa-wordpress](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/naprawa-wordpress) (English: [ensomedia.dev/en/wordpress-repair](https://ensomedia.dev/en/wordpress-repair)). Fixed published prices, net of 23% Polish VAT: diagnosis and a small fix PLN 290; a fix after a failed update, a white screen or a critical error PLN 490; a speed-up to a green mobile PageSpeed score PLN 690; a malware clean-up with a written report and hardening PLN 890. Payment by bank transfer only after the fix and the client's own check; if the fix does not work, there is no charge. The malware clean-up is the one exception and is paid upfront, before work starts. A plan covers one site and one fault; anything bigger gets a separate written quote first and no further work without agreement. Reports go through the form on that page, and passwords are sent only in a reply to the email that follows; bank or email passwords are never requested. ### AI: implementation and consulting Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/ai](https://ensomedia.dev/en/ai) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/ai](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/ai)). It sets out the audit, the four implementation steps, what gets built, the five points at which a person keeps the last word, and the cases where ENSOMEDIA says a model is not worth adding. One area rather than several: it starts with a process audit that says where AI saves time or cost, and only then with a model. From there: chatbots and assistants for customer service and sales, agents that carry a multi-step task through the systems a company already uses, integration with the CRM, email and helpdesk already in place, document processing, classification and data extraction, machine learning consulting including model training and data analysis, and prompt libraries written for a client's own tasks, with training for the people who use them. Workflow automation is built with n8n, with a human in the loop wherever a decision needs a person, and quality is measured on real examples before anything is given more to do. Plain-language reporting runs in production inside ShieldWave, ENSOMEDIA's own product. A customer-facing chat assistant runs in production as Asystent PV (asystentpv.pl), ENSOMEDIA's own product for solar installers: it answers under the installer's name, says when it does not know and passes the question to the office. The same build is set up on any company's own offer, prices and customer questions, in any sector. Case study: [ensomedia.dev/en/work/asystentpv](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/asystentpv). Example flow: a supplier invoice reaches an inbox, the system extracts its fields, checks them against the order, updates the CRM and routes mismatches to a person for approval. How an implementation runs: - Pick one process with a clear stake: time, volume, cost of error or customer experience. - Map the data, tools, decisions and exceptions before choosing a model. - Build a small production flow: input, context, action, a human in the loop and a quality measure. - Test on real examples and extend only once the base flow works. ### Google Ads campaign management Full page: [ensomedia.dev/en/google-ads](https://ensomedia.dev/en/google-ads) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/google-ads](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/google-ads)). ENSOMEDIA sets up and runs Google Ads campaigns for companies that sell online or take enquiries through a form: search, shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and remarketing, with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads on request. The campaign, the measurement under it and the landing page it points at are all handled by Radosław Fedorczuk. The work happens on the client's own advertising account, with agency access that the client grants and can withdraw at any time. Media budget is billed by Google to that account, and ENSOMEDIA's invoice covers the work only, with no percentage of the spend. Five rules that hold on every account: - Your account, your data. Campaign history stays with the client if the engagement ends. - A spending ceiling the system cannot raise. Daily and monthly caps live in a controller outside the model, checked before every change. Automation may pause a campaign or lower a bid; raising a limit is a written decision by a person. - Results are counted in confirmed orders. Optimisation targets an order confirmed in the shop or an enquiry confirmed in the CRM, reconciled against what the platform reports. Where the two disagree, the shop wins. - AI proposes, a person approves. Agents draft copy, group search terms, flag anomalies and prepare the change list; anything that moves money is approved by a person. - The report is written. Each period ends with the account's own figures and a written note on what changed, what it cost and what comes next. ## Po polsku (usługi i ceny, które są na stronie) - Strony internetowe dla firm: [ensomedia.dev/pl/websites](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/websites). There is no account manager in between: the person a client writes to is the person who designs, builds, deploys and maintains the work. Typical platforms include Next.js, React, Angular, Node.js, Express, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Cloud Run, Vercel, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase and Sanity. ## Own products Asystent PV is a chat assistant for solar installation companies that ENSOMEDIA designed, built and operates at https://asystentpv.pl. It answers customers' questions about net billing, batteries, grants and system sizing under the installer's own name, says plainly when it does not know and hands the question to the office, and keeps conversations on ENSOMEDIA's or the client's server. It is also the working demonstration of the chat assistants ENSOMEDIA builds for companies in other sectors. AccessifyAI is a Shopify app that ENSOMEDIA designed, built and operates, listed in the Shopify App Store, with its site at https://accessifyai.de. It checks a store against WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA, testing 15 of the 55 criteria automatically, explains every problem to the owner in plain language with the WCAG criterion alongside, names the Liquid theme file where the fix goes and opens it in Shopify's code editor, and writes product image descriptions with AI while keeping the previous text. Shoppers get a widget with eight profiles; it does not change the theme code and makes no claim of compliance. The app, the widget, the site and the listing are in Polish, English, German and French. It runs on Google Cloud Run. ShieldWave is a black-box web security scanner that ENSOMEDIA built, owns and operates at https://shieldwave.io. It checks a website from the outside in eight areas, with no plugin and no passwords, and writes the result as a plain-language report for the owner with a fix list for the developer. The interface and the reports are in six languages, including Arabic laid out right to left, in a dark and a light theme, and agencies can send the report under their own logo. It runs on Google Cloud Run. Perkcade (named Dashmint until 2026-10-15) is a Shopify app ENSOMEDIA designs, builds and operates, with its own site at https://perkcade.com (Polish: https://perkcade.com/pl) and its listing at https://apps.shopify.com/perkcade. A shopper runs the day's route for about a minute, collects coins by score and redeems them for single-use discount codes the merchant sets; everyone in a store gets the same route that day, and the server replays every run before its coins count. Discounts stop at the merchant's cap: 0.25 to 3 percent of 30-day revenue on Season and Studio, 50 rewards a month on Free. Plans are billed by Shopify with no fee per order or per code: Free (0 USD), Season (29 USD a month or 290 USD a year) and Studio (79 USD a month), with a 14-day trial on Season and Studio. ## Evidence - [dotlaw](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/dotlaw): PL/EN legal publishing platform with Sanity editing, semantic search over the magazine, structured SEO and leads connected to Supabase, email and Pipedrive - [Asystent PV](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/asystentpv): ENSOMEDIA's own AI chat assistant for solar companies, live at asystentpv.pl; the questions on its page answer in a median 0.08 s, and 7 of 8 typed questions get an answer while the eighth gets an honest “I don’t know” - [Akademia dotlaw](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/akademia): multi-tenant B2B learning management system for 23 client organisations and 804 accounts (September 2026), with participant, company manager and administrator workspaces, video lessons with saved progress, timed exams, Excel reports and 899 issued certificates - [BIG5](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/big5): 1,324 assessment sessions, 94% completion and two test variants in production at forms.invent.ag - [YumGum](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/yumgum): one identity across three languages, four product lines, packaging direction and an animated website - [NEVYO STUDIO](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/nevyo): bilingual interiors portfolio with three service paths and six service scopes for an interior design studio - [Słoneczny Zakątek](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/zakatek): website of a 38-flat housing estate in Sieradz at slonecznyzakatek.com.pl; every flat in 3D and 2D, distances measured in OpenStreetMap, enquiries straight to the sales office, PageSpeed 100 in all four categories on phone and desktop (2026-10-15), no cookies - [Wesołe Skarpetki](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/wesole): Shopify OS 2.0 theme written from scratch, zero Theme Check errors or warnings and a BaseLinker-synced catalogue - [AccessifyAI](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/accessifyai): ENSOMEDIA's own Shopify app for store accessibility; the scanner tests 15 of the 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA criteria automatically, the shopper widget has eight profiles, and everything ships in four languages - [ShieldWave](https://ensomedia.dev/en/work/shieldwave): ENSOMEDIA's own SaaS at shieldwave.io; one outside-in scan covers eight areas and produces five documents: the report, an owner's version, a management summary, a compliance report and an email to the developer ## Frequently asked questions Twenty-one answers on one page: [ensomedia.dev/en/faq](https://ensomedia.dev/en/faq) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/faq](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/faq)). What ENSOMEDIA is, where it is based and how remote work runs, whether ENSOMEDIA takes small jobs, how a project is priced, what makes a website or an application cost more, who owns the code, whether ENSOMEDIA works with a client's own developers and existing code, how long a project takes, what happens after launch, whether AI is worth implementing and how an implementation starts, whether client data goes to an outside AI provider, NDA and confidentiality, what ENSOMEDIA builds on, whether Google Ads runs on the client's own account, visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, freelancer or agency, Shopify or WooCommerce, what an AI chatbot and a custom application cost, and how to start. Each question is a heading with its own anchor id, identical in both languages, so an answer can be cited at its own address: for example the id faq-pricing on either language version of the page. ## Writing Long-form articles, indexed at [ensomedia.dev/en/blog](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog)). Where the FAQ answers a question in a paragraph, these are the questions that do not fit in one. Each article exists at the same address in both languages, and each is written as the answer ENSOMEDIA would give in a first conversation. - When AI has no business being in your company: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/ai-audit](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/ai-audit) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/ai-audit](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/ai-audit)). How to spot a process worth automating, how to describe it well enough to get a straight answer from anyone quoting for it, and why the exceptions take longer to build than the main flow. - What a company website actually needs, and what you are being sold instead: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/company-website-essentials](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/company-website-essentials) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/company-website-essentials](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/company-website-essentials)). What to insist on and what to ignore when three suppliers give three different diagnoses, with the questions to ask before signing. - What a simple company website costs: 3,500 zł, the whole scope and the whole exclusions list: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/simple-website-price](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/simple-website-price) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/simple-website-price](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/simple-website-price)). One fixed price: up to three pages, a form, a CMS panel. The full scope, the exclusions that make the price possible, the hour by hour arithmetic behind 3,500 zł net, and the three maintenance tiers after launch. Competitor prices checked August 2026. - What a WooCommerce shop costs: 8,500 zł, the whole scope and the whole exclusions list: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/woocommerce-shop-price](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/woocommerce-shop-price) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/woocommerce-shop-price](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/woocommerce-shop-price)). A fixed-scope WooCommerce shop at 8,500 zł net: up to 30 products, one payment gateway, one courier with a pickup point map, 90 days of warranty. Why the product data decides the date, and the 37.5 hour arithmetic behind the number. Rates checked August 2026. - Migrating a shop to Shopify: PLN 3,900 and the eight things that break: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/shopify-migration](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/shopify-migration) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/shopify-migration](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/shopify-migration)). Moving a shop to Shopify from WooCommerce, Shoper or PrestaShop: 3,900 zł net for up to 500 products, what is and is not included, and the eight things that break in a migration. - When a chatbot on your company website pays off, and the one thing it has to be able to say: [ensomedia.dev/en/blog/chatbot-for-business](https://ensomedia.dev/en/blog/chatbot-for-business) (Polish: [ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/chatbot-for-business](https://ensomedia.dev/pl/blog/chatbot-for-business)). When an AI chatbot on a company website pays for itself, how to calculate it on your own numbers, why it must be able to say "I don't know", and what GDPR and the AI Act ask. ## Practical facts - Pricing is based on scope, not hours. Prices are published only for closed scopes. In zł, net: a campaign landing page from 2,500; a simple company website of up to three pages 3,500; a WooCommerce shop of up to 30 products 8,500; a Shopify migration of up to 500 products 3,900; WordPress and WooCommerce repair 290, 490, 690 or 890 depending on the fault; monthly care plans Technical 450, With hours 900 and Shop 1,300, where work beyond the banked hours is 280 zł/h, the only hourly figure published; the Asystent PV chat assistant 3,900 to set up plus 690 a month. Perkcade, in USD a month and billed through Shopify: Free 0, Season 29, Studio 79. A Shopify store from scratch and everything else is quoted after the brief, and small jobs are accepted. - Rights to the work belong to the client who commissioned it, unless something else is agreed in writing. - Dates: no delivery times are published as ranges. The date for a specific project depends on its scope and is agreed in the written reply to the brief. A web application varies widely, because a simple dashboard and an e-learning platform with roles, payments and certificates are not the same work. A Shopify migration of up to 500 products is a separate published job at 3,900 zł net; a larger migration, or a shop with a thousand products, an ERP integration or B2B pricing, is quoted after the brief. - Existing code and in-house developers: ENSOMEDIA works alongside a client's own developers and takes over code it did not write, on one condition stated before the quote. Anything broken or insecure in that code is fixed first, before new features are built on top of it. - An NDA is available on request. - ENSOMEDIA works white-label with agencies as the design and delivery side. - Maintenance is part of the engagement from the start. ## Full text The text of every indexed page, in Polish and in English, regenerated at each build: [ensomedia.dev/llms-full.txt](https://ensomedia.dev/llms-full.txt). ## Contact Both ways in are listed on [the contact page](https://ensomedia.dev/en/contact).
