I fix WordPress and WooCommerce: white screen, critical error, malware, slow pages. Prices are fixed, from PLN 290 net, and you pay after the fix (the malware clean-up is paid upfront).

Four plans, fixed prices

Net prices; Polish VAT at 23% is added and invoiced. You know the price before I start.

Diagnosis and small fix

PLN 290 net

I find out what broke and why, and fix small faults: a form that does not send, a broken layout, a plugin that stopped working, a wrong redirect or the SSL certificate. You get a short note on the cause.

Fix after an update, white screen, critical error

PLN 490 net

The site went down after a WordPress, theme or plugin update, shows a white screen or a critical error message, the dashboard will not let you in, or WooCommerce stopped taking payments. I bring it back, remove the conflict and leave it on current versions where that is safe.

Speed-up to a green mobile PageSpeed score

PLN 690 net

I bring the mobile PageSpeed Insights score into the green range: images, caching, unneeded scripts and plugins, fonts, server settings. You get the score before and after. If the theme or the hosting cannot get there, I say so after the diagnosis, before you pay anything.

Malware clean-up with a report and hardening

PLN 890 net

A hacked site, malware, or spam in Google. I remove the malicious code, unknown admin accounts, spam pages and redirects, close the hole it came through, rotate the keys and set up protection. You get a written report: what I found, where it came from and what I changed. You pay for this one plan upfront, before I start work.

Report this problem

How it works

Four steps, from the request to the report.

You describe the problem

The address and two or three sentences: what is happening, since when, and what changed just before. A screenshot of the error can follow in a reply to my email.

Diagnosis

I look at the site and reply by email: what most likely happened, which plan covers it and what access I need. Usually a WordPress admin account and hosting or FTP access.

The fix

I start once I have working access. Before changing anything I back up the files and the database, so the site can always go back to how it was.

You pay after the fix

You check that the site works, you get a VAT invoice and only then do you pay by bank transfer. If I do not fix it, you do not pay for the repair. Exception: the malware clean-up is paid upfront, before I start work.

The terms

If I do not fix it, you do not pay

The diagnosis, the update fix and the speed-up are paid by bank transfer only once you have checked yourself that the site works. I issue the VAT invoice after the fix, before the transfer.

Malware clean-up: paid upfront

This one plan is paid upfront, before I start work, because the result can take a few days to show, for example the browser warning clearing or the site coming off the Google blocklist. You get the VAT invoice as soon as you pay.

When the price differs

A plan covers one site and one fault. If the diagnosis shows something bigger, such as a theme to rewrite or a move to other hosting, you get a separate written quote and I do nothing further without your agreement.

No passwords in the form

Send access details in a reply to my email. I never ask for your bank or email password. After the fix, change the passwords you gave me or delete my account.

Selected work

Four projects that run every day. Each write-up shows what was built and how it works.

Common questions

How much does a WordPress repair cost?

From PLN 290 net for a diagnosis and a small fix. A fix after a failed update, a white screen or a critical error costs PLN 490, a speed-up PLN 690, and a malware clean-up PLN 890 net. Polish VAT at 23% is added to each price.

My WordPress site is down and shows a white screen. What do I do?

Do not reinstall WordPress or delete plugins blindly, because settings or data can be lost. A white screen is almost always a PHP error after a plugin, theme or server PHP update. I find it in the logs, disable or fix the culprit and bring the site back.

How do I know my WordPress site has malware?

Typical signs are redirects to other sites, especially on phones, spam pages in Google results, administrators you never created, a browser warning, or the host suspending the account. In a clean-up I remove the malicious code, close the hole and describe everything in the report.

What access do you need?

Usually a WordPress admin account and hosting or FTP access, sometimes the database. Send passwords in a reply to my email, not in the form. After the fix, change them or delete my account.

What if the problem turns out to be bigger than the plan?

I say so right after the diagnosis, before starting any work, and give you a separate quote in writing. I do nothing further without your agreement.

How does payment work?

After the fix I issue a VAT invoice, and you pay by bank transfer only once you have checked yourself that the site works: if I do not fix it, you do not pay for the repair. There is one exception: the malware clean-up is paid upfront, before I start work.
